Do the hard things fist!
You gravitate to the easy things.
Learn to fight gravity. We find that far too often people on product team's avoid the hard stuff and do the easy stuff. This is an often fatal mistake. Our philosophy is that that hard stuff is typically the areas of your product that can use the greatest innovation and provides the greatest returns.
When we undertake a new product development effort we dedicate a great deal of time to identifying those items which we feel will be the most gnarly. This isn't just a matter of the most risk, but those items that may require special resources, skills, timing or coordination. We suggest you consider the same practice in your own development efforts - identify and tackle the hard stuff first.
