Privacy Policy

We don't share your information.

Our commitment is that we do not share your information with others for any reason without your specific content and authorization. This policy does not only relate to our web site, but to how we conduct business overall. We realize that when you share your ideas, dreams and aspirations with us, it is not just information, but many times a part of you. We believe in respecting that trust by not sharing things with other clients, partners or anyone unless you specifically tell us that we should.

Mum's the word.

By the very nature of what we do, it is critical to our success and that of our clients to maintain secrecy. Secrecy for us can be anything from a top-secret government project to your super-secret next great market-changing, mind-blowing thingajig. So our default stance is that anything we learn from you is our little secret and not to be published or shared with anyone.

Quiet Please.

If we are fortunate enough to work with you, we also ask that you respect our need for privacy. We cannot share full client or project lists and ask that you treat all communication, correspondence, mental telepathy and any other means of interaction between us, your clients, agents, alien life forms or representatives and agents strictly confidential unless we both agree it is cool to tell or it is already public.

Don't ask - don't tell refined.

We realize that sometimes we have a legal duty to share information and if that happens we will comply with all courts and magistrates. Yet unless we are asked by the proper parties bearing proper and duly signed orders, you can safely assume we ain't telling nothing to no one without your okey dokey and we ask you do the same for us and ours.
