It might sound obvious but sometimes obvious is hard to see. We feel it is critical to long term success to always question how, why and what we are doing? We feel that through constant evaluation and refinement we can become better. This doesn't mean that we believe you should discard tradition for the sake of being rebellious or follow a trend simply because it is new and exciting. We are more apt to deeply analyze, challenge and test a concept, idea, social norm or process and assure it doesn't get in the way of reaching our goals.
We do inherently believe that simple is better and that less is more. So we aren't fans of big complicated process, large go nowhere, feel good meetings. No we rather empower people to do the right thing, work passionately and most of all ask deep questions like "what if?"
